All signs point to protection, preservation of Houston’s green spaces

Planting native grasses and wildflowers in Clinton and Hobart Taylor Parks, improving habitat for  migratory birds  in White Oak Park, and restoring Woodland Park to its native habitat are just a few of the projects that Houston Parks and Recreation Department has undertaken through its Natural Resources Management Program (NRMP).

Learn more about these  projects and how you can help from colorful educational signage created by Interpretive Insights, a Houston-based interpretive design company that has designed displays in several Houston parks.
