Not your dad’s dormitory: Dobie Twenty21 announces renovations

Trinity Property Consultants announced the renovations and changes underway at Dobie Twenty21, the only private dormitory at The University of Texas.

Dobie, the university’s first modern high rise, located just a few feet from campus, was completed in 1972 as Dobie Mall and named after author J. Frank Dobie. With a rich history and generations of college co-eds, Dobie has evolved over the past 50 years to draw students to the 27-story, 950,000-square-foot tower and attract retail and restaurant tenants.

The dormitory has prioritized modernizing each space, enhancing the amenities and improving the resident experience.
