The Vintage Contessa walks the runway at Fashion X Houston

River Oaks District transformed into a scene from NYFW as Fashion x Houston, the city’s most exciting fashion collaboration, took over the shopping destination.

Donae Chramosta, known as The Vintage Contessa, kicked off the weekend as Friday night’s Style Setter. The glitz, glamour and stars aligned under the runway as she introduced some of Houston’s most prominent designers and emerging talent before their looks hit the catwalk.

Fashion wasn’t the only thing inspiring the crowd. The Vintage Contessa stole the show when she opened up about her passion for Crime Stoppers, the nonprofit she supported from the night’s ticket sales.
