Houston culinary icon Goode Company’s Armadillo Palace recently unveiled a brand spanking new menu that has been in the works for over a year.
Mouthwatering offerings now include deer camp quail runners, grilled okra, charred romaine salad, heritage pig’s head carnitas (you really won’t want to miss these) and redfish on the half shell.
A plethora of re-imagined sides are also on-hand, such as duck fat skillet potatoes (totally addicting), elote-style creamed corn, and grilled broccolini for those wanting a lighter option. Throw in dessert (of course!), and you’ve got the components of a Goode summer meal.
