Finally, a food holiday we want to acknowledge … in the form of Bourbon Heritage Month.

Four Seasons’ new bourbon bar is kicking off September with weekly bourbon tastings and two exclusive dinners inside famed celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s Bayou & Bottle.

Guests can enjoy bourbon and rye produced by the most storied Kentucky families with their first four-course Wild Turkey and Russell’s Reserve Dinner on Friday, Sept. 15. Two weeks later, they will host the Beam Family dinner – also four courses. Both dinners start at $75, but great bourbon combined with Southern hospitality and comfort food is priceless.
