FPA Multifamily and Trinity Property Consultants, a real estate and property management company from California, announced the acquisition of Gables West Ave and West Ave shopping center. The Gables West Ave luxury apartments will be renovated and renamed as Arrive River Oaks, while the shopping center will be called Shops at Arrive.
The acquired property sits at one of Houston’s most noted intersections, Westheimer and Kirby. Upgrades will include an improved dog park, expanded fitness center, enhancements to the pool area, new exterior paint and improvements to the garage and parking. The work is set for completion in spring 2019.
