In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, join the Houston Symphony for their annual free concert, Fiesta Sinfónica, a celebration of the rich cultural history and impact of Latin American and Hispanic composers.
This year’s program features an eclectic array of music with Hispanic and Latin American roots, such as “La flor de la canela,” Venezuela’s unofficial second national anthem “Alma Llanera” and the world-famous Peruvian waltz.
This special event will take place on Sept. 27 at 7:30 p.m. at Jones Hall. Though the event is free to attend, guests still need to request their tickets, which are available online.
