Houston’s Pennzoil Place towers are getting a new tenant, albeit a rather nontraditional one. With remote work on the rise nationwide, the New York City-based coworking company Bond Collective has sought to expand into downtown Houston.
The company already has locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Philadelphia. Conference rooms, furnished work spaces, concessions and 24-hour access are among the amenities Bond Collective typically offers.
The Pennzoil Place location is scheduled to open in the third quarter of this year. Bond Collective joins a growing list of other national companies, including Spaces and CommonGrounds, that are bringing coworking to Houston.
