Houston’s leading luxury real estate company, Nan & Company Properties/Christie’s International Real Estate, has recently closed on land located in the historic Houston Heights neighborhood. Located at 725 Yale St., it will become the firm’s second office in Houston.
The new construction project will be led by Integrity Interior & Exterior, with design by JD Bartell Designs and is set for completion in summer 2019. Mirroring the company’s culture, the three-story office space will incorporate innovative and technology-driven modern elements like nap pods, a meditation and training room, stand-up desks and a full kitchen with a juice bar.
