Hurricane-devastated apartments celebrate a Harvey comeback

by

After taking on more than 5.5 feet of water in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, Parkside at Memorial reopened with “An Evening of Gratitude: Honoring Harris County Precinct 5.” The luxury apartment complex celebrated the heroic efforts of the staff and property manager on behalf of residents and neighbors.

A high-water rescue vehicle from Precinct 5 was on-site for guests to climb inside, and a raffle benefited the precinct’s charitable foundation. Jeff Gray, founder and president of Grayco Partners, presented a check to Harris County Precinct 5, which helped rescue staff and residents during last year’s flooding.
