B&B Butchers & Restaurant just introduced an extravagant new sandwich called the A5 Wagyu Katsu Sando, using all Japanese ingredients.
Inspired by a current foodie trend in Tokyo and New York, the luxurious sandwich is comprised of Panko-crusted, deep-fried A5 Japanese Wagyu Ribeye, which is then served on toasted, buttered Japanese white bread – lightly spread with Japanese BBQ sauce (Tonkatsu sauce).
The melt-in-your-mouth sandwich is then sliced into three sections without crust and served alongside zucchini fries, which are topped with a lemon citrus ponzu mist. According to the Houston media, it’s worth the price.
