Houston is home to powerful workouts (as if Houstonians need any help breaking a sweat). Just pick your time.

Thirty minutes, nine stations, and you’re done at 9Round. Every three minutes an intense class begins, full of strength, kickboxing and ab stations.

Forty-five minutes at Vortex is a knockout: a fierce workout with a rave vibe. Cycling and boxing classes are accompanied by a booming sound system and bright pyrotechnics. Coming soon to River Oaks.

Sixty minutes at Orange Theory equals 36 hours of calorie burn. This interval-based training studio is opening another Houston location in the Heights this summer.
