‘Chefs in the Field: A Pig Roast’

Recipe for Success Foundation’s “Chefs in the Field: A Pig Roast” event will occur on Sunday, Oct. 7 at 6:30pm at Hope Farms, the Foundation’s seven-acre urban farm.

The four-course dinner will feature farm fresh produce and a menu showcasing heritage pigs from Jolie Vue Farms. Chefs participating include Erin O’Leary Stewart of DEFINE foods, Tommy Laczynski of Fig & Olive and Mayank Istwal and Shivek Suri of Musaafer. The seated dinner with pairings by Monopole Wine will be held in the Gathering Barn, which will feature a family-style setup.
