Stylish, sophisticated Texans were recently spotted at a swanky brunch hosted by a’ Bouzy and Veuve Clicquot. Guests sipped and dined on delectable items created to pair with Veuve Clicquot Champagne at the Tour de Texas. Enjoying beautiful spring weather, party-goers filled the patio and soaked in the sun.

The menu inspired by the Lone Star state included corn brisket tacos alongside Yellow Label, smoked salmon croquettes served with Non-Vintage Rose, BBQ roasted oysters with foie gras and Vintage 2008, and glazed baby back ribs paired with La Grande Dame 2008. Spirited yard games play kept things lively.
