With Giving Tuesday just around the corner on Nov. 29, BEAR Houston is asking Houstonians to get a jump on the season of giving.
While the nonprofit – which strives to provide crucial resources for at-risk and CPS-involved children – is looking for donations to its annual monetary and supply fund, it’s also looking for people to step into the role of Santa.
With the BEARing Gifts program, you can get involved to ensure that these children who might otherwise not have a happy holiday wake up to presents on Christmas morning. The program helps over 19,000 children annually.
