The 34th Annual Caesar Salad Competition, set for Sept. 27, 2018, will be a “toss up” for awards given to chefs who present their versions of one of the most popular salads. Acknowledged as the longest-running culinary event in Houston, it is always a boisterous evening featuring 20 top chefs.
The competition was originally created by Chef Randy Fournier and Master Sommelier Guy Stout and formalized after friendly bets as to whose salad was the best. The event has grown to include awards in four categories: Best Classic, Best Presentation, Most Creative and People’s Choice.
Tickets are now available.
