I had rented cabins near Blue Ridge in the mountains in North Georgia, but never ventured into Blue Ridge. Big mistake. Downtown Blue Ridge is packed with fabulous restaurants, cute shops and art galleries.
In between eating at those amazing restaurants, I hiked to waterfalls, took a scenic train ride along the Toccoa River, got a relaxing massage at a first-class spa, explored Lake Blue Ridge and toured a riverfront golf course community.
Our four-bedroom cabin, rented from Escape to Blue Ridge, had four bedrooms, hot tub, fire pit and best of all, a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
