Houston will soon be home to the first Texas outpost for acclaimed Chef Michael Mina. The award-winning toque along with lifestyle expert, TV personality and cookbook author, Ayesha Curry, will unveil their wildly popular International Smoke collaboration at CITYCENTRE in early 2018.
The restaurant will occupy the former Straits space, featuring a prime, patio-centric location overlooking the central plaza. Inspired by their heritage and travels, they created a menu that highlights an array of quality spices, products and cooking techniques from around the world, taking guests on a journey to distant places with playful takes on classic dishes.
