“If you want to understand real estate trends in Houston, look for the cranes,” Mark Menendez, President of Douglas Elliman Texas, said in a recent Houston Life video.
For Houston, the cranes are in the sky building beautiful, luxury high-rise condos such as Giorgetti Houston along Upper Kirby and The Sophie at Bayou Bend on Memorial Drive.
Menendez credits the low maintenance, “lock-and-leave” benefits of a condominium to the increased interest in the market. Condos in Houston can also offer amenities, proximity, and affordability that single-family homes might not meet.
