Create a community to maintain resident retention

Houston is saturated with luxury apartment communities featuring upscale amenities. Resident events provide the opportunity to connect tenants, strengthen relationships and ensure everyone feels at home.

As the property manager, I enjoy building a community at Alexan 5151 while working in the luxurious Uptown District and recognize successful resident retention goes beyond high-end features and finishes. To keep events fun and interesting, I draw on seasonal and current trends like the recent resident crawfish boil and yoga followed by brunch held at our resort-style pools. I want to create a neighborhood feel in the heart of the city.
