Houston’s Fluff Bake Bar is the brainchild of pastry chef Rebecca Masson, a Wyoming native who learned the tricks of her trade at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. After working her way up through many famous New York City kitchens, Masson settled into her new home in Houston. The pastry chef went on to win numerous awards and national acclaim, earning her the nickname of Houston’s “Sugar Fairy.”
She created Fluff Bake Bar in 2011, moving to the Heights neighborhood in 2020. The bakery focuses on making all your favorite childhood treats, with classic French pastry techniques mixed in each bite.
