Nextdoor: This app is basically the bulletin board for your neighborhood. Nextdoor was useful in finding out which restaurants and stores were open and which nearby areas to avoid.
Snapchat: Not only is Snapchat a fun way to communicate with friends, but now with the Snapmap, you’re able to see snaps posted by strangers all over! I used this feature to see which parts of town were hit the hardest, as well as keep track of undriveable roads filled with high water.
