When Six Flags reopens for the summer season on May 4, a new name will be just one of many changes for the water park.
In addition to the new name – Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown – the park’s multimillion-dollar makeover also includes a new Caribbean resort park theme, improved ride entrances and a new six-story ride called Wahoo Wave. Free Wi-Fi throughout the park and mobile food ordering will also now be available for guests.
Just under 50 acres and with the most water slides in the area, Splashtown is the largest water park in greater Houston.
