Senior Resource Group celebrated the construction progress of its first Texas senior living community, Maravilla at The Domain, located in Austin’s Domain residential area. The community will contain an 11-story South Tower, six- and seven-story Central and North Towers, subterranean parking, courtyards and swimming pool.
The project is slated for completion mid-2019, and the North Tower is expected to top out by mid-summer. Maravilla at The Domain is a state-of-the-art, continuum-of-care senior living campus for residents ages 62+, with 230 residences – a mix of independent living, assisted living and memory care.
