Six for Six

Houston-based Capital Retail Properties is celebrating the end of its sixth year in business with six power plays. Over the past several months, the highly respected, full-service commercial brokerage firm has not only met key milestones for three, premier suburban developments, but also has been involved in shopping center transactions in Greater Houston totaling $25 million.

Highlights include the completion of construction at the Shops at Spring Village, inaugural retail openings at Gleannloch Crossing and Birnham Woods Marketplace, both off Grand Parkway, and the sales of Rayford Crossing, as well as fully leased Kingsley Crossing and Kuykendahl Crossing.
