While striking sisters, Saba and Sarah Jawda, are always on the move, the jet-setting creative duo is putting down long-term roots in the Museum District with a new design studio on the edge of the Menil campus.
A vintage bungalow at 1537 W. Alabama, steps from Bistro Menil, debuts tomorrow as the home of Jawda & Jawda, the eight-year-old, full-service design firm specializing in large- and small-scale interior work and personalized shelf styling sessions. It’s also the headquarters for their JAW[LINE] Collection, a curated mix of home goods, original art and cheeky greeting cards.
