It’s almost time to hit The Heights for the 9th annual Houston Halloween Fest on Oct. 19. Houston Zombie Walk, a Halloween-themed charity that hosts public events supporting animals and children, is hosting the festival again.
Proceeds go toward The Too Ghoul for School Scholarship Fund, which supports Houston area students. For a small donation, you can enjoy live music, food trucks, art vendors and more. There’s even a costume contest for children.
Bring a lawn chair and catch Mexicana And The Monster Squad, which fuses hip-hop, rock, mariachi and other styles. Tickets can be purchased here.
