The Houston Coalition for the Homeless is celebrating 40 years of providing services and aid to the homeless population and the community in Houston and surrounding areas.
Focusing on how to help the homeless find permanent housing has made a profound difference. The Coalition has helped over 25,000 people move into apartments or houses in the last 10 years alone. Streamlining systems and making the primary focus stable housing has made all the difference.
The Coalition unites over 100 partners that work together with a clear vision to help everyone in the community have a safe place to call home.
