Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café will add six more locations across Texas, expanding its statewide footprint to 10 restaurants. The Houston-based, fine-casual chain will open new stores in San Antonio, The Woodlands, Baybrook, College Station and Highland Village.
The College Station location opened in mid-July. The flagship in Highland Village is slated for fall 2018, along with The Woodlands and Baybrook. Three locations will open in San Antonio over the next five years, beginning early 2019. The strategy for new locations is based largely on securing space in upscale lifestyle centers that attract a similar, compatible customer.
