In order to keep things fresh, public relations professionals must think outside the box. Recently, our client Lupe Tortilla was looking to grow awareness of its new breakfast menu, so instead of the standard new menu style pitch, we decided to spice things up.

We tied our media outreach to “National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day,” and Lupe offered a free breakfast taco to anyone that came by in pajamas. The campaign made a huge splash, receiving a live broadcast hit and digital placements in Austin, Houston and San Antonio, along with social media shares from journalists and publications.
