Get excited, Houstonians! Texas-born, award-winning restaurateur Ford Fry is heading back to his hometown with not one, but TWO new concepts in the Heights.

Tex-Mex hot spot Superica, originally from Atlanta, and a super-casual joint (an annex to Superica) that is yet to be named will take over the former Bernadine’s and Hunky Dory spaces on North Shepherd Drive.

Diners can expect tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, locally produced spirits and house-made margaritas at Superica, while the seafood joint next door will serve up killer fried chicken, raw and wood-roasted Gulf oysters and pharmacy-style burgers.
