The Junior League of Houston celebrates brilliance of community support

by

The Junior League of Houston hosted its 71st Annual Charity Ball, “Fire & Ice.” It raised $750,000 to fund the League’s Community Program and volunteer initiatives. Guests began both nights by sipping cocktails while browsing auction items in the winter showcase rooms. There, they were mesmerized by fire and ice characters.

After cocktail hour, attendees made their way to the ballroom to enjoy dinner by Tea Room Chef Michael Smith. Guests then watched the League’s legendary, all-volunteer cast show featuring singers, dancers and more. The chic soiree continued into the night with dancing and live music from The Guzzlers.
