When Vibrant opens this summer, founder Kelly Barnhart’s aspiration for a restaurant that heals the body, mind and soul will be realized.
This mom and non-chef set out four years ago with the idea of creating a restaurant and normalizing people’s taste for food that’s not only nutritious, but delicious and beautifully presented in a harmonious setting.
“Eating for your health means sacrificing pleasure; eating for pleasure can be a sacrifice to your health,” says Kelly. Vibrant will be a fun place with amazing food accountable to your well-being with a laid-back, earthy, bespoke and curated menu.
